Tasting Notes : An elegantly pale wine with floral / fruit aromas that float with finesse. Enticing crisp apple flavours dominate the palate, with a dash of asparagus and minerals evident on the long finish.

Method of Production : The grapes were sourced from a number of co-operative members in the Sancerre appellation and most of the harvesting was carried out by machine. The bunches were pressed and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 15 and 17°C. Malolactic fermentation was prevented to help retain the wine's crisp acidity and the blend matured for a short period in old oak casks prior to bottling.
