These wines are deliberately made in a soft, light and fresh style and represent outstanding value, consistency of flavour and reliability. Need some fizz in a rush - you can't go wrong with Moet!

Tasting Notes : The palate is complex with great depth and a high concentration of candied fruit, ginger bread and vanilla flavours.

Producer : Moet & Chandon

Method of Production : Fruit came from all over the region, Moet own vineyards in 13 of the 17 top villages of Champagne and supply 25% of their own fruit needs. The hand-picked bunches were pressed whole so little body or colour came from the skins. The free-run juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending different varieties and vintages together, the wine was bottled for secondary fermentation. The bottles aged for 3 years on the lees.

Not acidic? You're joking. One of the most in your face champagnes on the market. Moet rates above Heidsieck Dry Monopole in this price range, but nothing else. Try Perrier Jouet or Deutz. A subtler and more refined experience.

This is wonderful Champagne...with a mellow and smooth taste from start to finish. It does not have the sour flavor and extra fizzy effect of most Champagnes. Instead it has a wonderful almost liquer flavored finish. Excellent !
