Having aged in oak for two years before bottling, you'd probably expect a beast of a wine. Not so, this is as subtle and delicate as they come, with smooth tannins and moreish herbaceous flavours.

Tasting Notes : A Merlot-dominated blend, the deep bouquet is of vanilla and pine. In the mouth: a round and supple fusion of flavours that are fantastically balanced, with a structure that is not overwhelmingly tannic.

Producer : Vignobles Germain et Associés

Method of Production : Hand-harvested, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats and aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
