Even with new New World alternatives appearing on a daily basis, the popularity of Sauvignon Blanc on its home turf in the Loire is as great as it ever has been. There is something in the terroir of Sancerre that pulls together steely, mouth-watering crispness and pure incisive fruit flavours like no other place.

Tasting Notes : Clean, pure and dry with a gooseberry and citrus infused nose. The palate is lively and packed with elderberry and grapefruit flavours, all finished off with an elegant minerally crispness.

Method of Production : Grapes from 30 to 45 year old estate grown vines were whole bunch pressed and the juice cold settled before being fermented in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks. The wine was allowed to mature on its lees before being fined, filtered and bottled.
