Grove Mill devote a lot of time and attention to the health of their vineyards. Everything is done to ensure a crop of perfectly ripe and concentrated fruit. Once in the winery, the winemakers aim to keep all of the fruit components in balance.

Tasting Notes : An intense nose has aromas of dried herbs, pineapple and grass. The palate shows kiwifruit, gooseberry and preserved lemons flavours, with a crisp mouthwatering finish.

Method of Production : The estate grown grapes grapes were crushed and briefly cold macerated prior to a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After racking, the wine was kept on its fine yeast lees for three months prior to bottling.

Just back from Marlborough, New Zealand. Tried this wine in restaurant, liked it so much we went to Grove Mill Winery. Tried 2004 & 2005, both excellent! Great news to find it in UK without having to import it.

I'm getting gooseberries.. I'm getting herbal bouquets.. I'm getting another case.. Been drinking various Grove Mill vinatges for a few years now - never lets you down. Superb.
