A real fruit-salad-in-a-glass wine, Selak's are one of the Marlborough's most formidable producers.

Tasting Notes : Pale green straw, distinctive sweet gooseberries and flint aromas following through with capsicum and mineral overtones.

Method of Production : Grapes from selected Marlborough vineyards were harvested in late March/early April for optimum ripeness. Temperature-controlled, stainless steel tank fermentation ensured the retention of the natural fruit characters.
