The idyllic Margaret River is cool by Aussie standards enabling it to produce incredibly concentrated Sauvignon Blanc. This is so intense it should come with a health warning.

Tasting Notes : Crystal clean aromas of passionfruit, citrus and kiwi fruit. The palate is refreshment personified.

Method of Production : Brookland Valley plant their Sauvignon Blanc vines in 2 metre rows with vertical shoot positioning to maximise the grapes' exposure to the sunlight. Vinification enhanced the varietal character of the wine with cool, stainless steel fermentation, absolutely no contact with oak and bottling after just 2 months maturation.
