Modern dry wines, like this Sauvignon Blanc, are rapidly growing in popularity. This wine was made by the highly regarded winemaker Akos Kamocsay and it is unoaked.
SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It makes a mouth watering aperitif or party white, or try serving it with fresh seafood, simple white fish dishes or a leafy salad.
