• ABOUT THIS WINE: Wine has been made in the Neszemely region of Hungary, south of the Danube river, for over 2000 years. Here the weather is mild but sunny. Modern dry wines, like this Sauvignon Blanc, are rapidly growing in popularity. This wine was made by the highly regarded winemaker Akos Kamocsay and it is unoaked.
  
  SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It makes a mouth watering aperitif or party white, or try serving it with fresh seafood, simple white fish dishes or a leafy salad.
  
  KEEPING: Enjoy this wine while it is young and vibrant. Open within 3 months and once started, keep the resealed bottle in the fridge and finish within 2 days.
