More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Pinotage is South Africa's very own grape variety, developed there as a successful cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault vines in the 1920's. Today it is prized for its wonderfully fruity aromatic character. This is 100% Pinotage, hand-picked from bush vines in the Stellenbosch area of the Western Cape, was aged in American oak barrels to add further depth of flavour and structure.

SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature, either on its own or with roast or grilled meats, especially pork. It would go well with roast or grilled Mediterranean vegetables.

KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now or keep it for to one year after purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in a good condition for two or three days if you reseal the bottle and keep it somewhere cool and dark.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol

    Please drink responsibly

I have served it to many dinner guests as a "real find" and they have all loved it too. If you want class and elegance from a quality red wine then this is surely £20+ worth of wine for under £10.
Be sure to let it breathe well first - its part of the experience!
