  ABOUT THIS WINE: Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Côte des Blancs area of the Champagne region. This wine shows the depth and refinement of a Champagne matured for at least three years in the Oudinot cellars before release.
  
  SERVING: This Champagne would make a great aperitif for a special occasion, or pair it with canapés or delicate starters, especially those made with fish or chicken. Serve lightly chilled, in tall champagne flutes.
