  • ABOUT THIS WINE: South Africa has recently gained a dazzling reputation for its vibrant, exciting Sauvignon Blancs, which have a fine balance between fruity flavours and crispness. This wine comes from selected sites in the Western Cape. This means the wine tastes especially fresh and zesty, with classic Sauvignon character. The wine is unoaked and the winemakers are Tseliso Rangaka and Jeff Grier.

    SERVING: This wine makes a deeply refreshing, sophisticated aperitif, but do try matching it with grilled white fish, salmon or prawns, asparagus and charcuterie as well.Ideal serving temperature 8-10°C.

    KEEPING: Enjoy this useful wine while it is bright and lively. Open now or up to one year after purchase and then finish within two days, keeping the resealed bottle in the fridge between servings.
