  ABOUT THIS WINE: The Monstant region of Spain, near the eastern Mediterranean coast, is an exciting and new source of top quality red wines. This wine was made from 85% Garnacha and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, picked in some of the region's most mature vineyards. The vines are surrounded by the rugged terrain of the Monstant mountain range, in a unique microclimate that produced concentrated and well structured wine,which age particularly well. Winemaker Jordi Alonso aged the wine in oak barrels for ten months to add extra body and spicy nuances.
  
  SERVING: Serve at room temperature. This wine makes a superb partner for roast red meats, especially lamb, or try it with a selection of full-flavoured hard cheeses.
  
  KEEPING: Although this wine is ready to drink now, it will keep for a further year if stored correctly. Once opened finish in two days, keeping the bottle resealed and in a cool, dark place.
