  ABOUT THIS WINE: This is a classic Australian red blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wines combined with well balanced American oak. It has plenty of flavour yet at the same time is soft and supple.
  
  SERVING: Serve at room temperature. A robust red to enjoy with all sorts of food from a casual barbeque to a more serious meal involving steaks, roast beef or poultry.
  
  KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now but will keep for a further two years from date of purchase. Store horizontally in a cool dark place. Once opened the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if resealed and kept refrigerated.
