ABOUT THIS WINE: A new style of a German classic, this is a medium white with plenty of fruity flavour and a delicate aroma. . It has been made especially for Marks & Spencer by Jürgen Hofmann, a young winemaker with experience of working in California and South Africa, resulting in this modern white wine. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap, our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.
SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled. It makes an easy-drinking everyday aperitif or serve it with cold snacks such as charcuterie, pate, mild cheeses and salads.
KEEPING: This style of wine is best enjoyed while it is very fresh and young. It is ready to drink now, or enjoy it within three months of purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition if the bottle is resealed and stored in a cool place - why not keep it in the fridge!
