More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: A wine which is big on richness, spice and warmth, faithfully reflecting everything we expect in an Australian Shiraz. Philip Shaw of Rosemount Estate has managed to harness the intense ripe fruit characters of Shiraz and combined with careful maturation in American oak creates a complex yet smooth wine with hints of vanilla on the finish.

SERVING: Serve at room temperature. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or makes a perfect match for roasted game, spicy foods and red meat dishes.

KEEPING: This style is best enjoyed when it is young and fresh, but will keep for a further one year from date of purchase. Once opened the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if resealed and kept in a cold place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
