Fresh, full-bodied, crisp and elegant, this is a monument to the fruit grown in Mount Benson. The winemaking ethos is purely to express the individuality of the site with minimal intervention, finished by the winemaker to the finest specifications.

Tasting Notes : Clean fresh aromatics of citrus and pear, with an underlying minerality, almost river pebble texture. The Lees contact had provided a creamy middle palate with the malic acid providing a crisp acid finish.

Method of Production : Machine harvested own estate grapes were sorted in the vineyard and processed in a contract winery. De-stemmed bunches were pressed and crushed, fermented for 21 days in stainless steel and given some lees contact before being bottled in October.
