Producer : Château Cantenac-Brown
Method of Production : The handpicked grapes were destemmed, crushed and fermented for two weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, after which the wine was pressed from the skins and transferred into French oak barrels (60% new). It was matured for 15 months before being fined with egg white, filtered and bottled.
