'Once a year Snake Creek comes alive when two nearby villages compete in crab racing, tugs of war, little dog races and chook-poo bingo'. The folks down those parts obviously don't get out much, but at least they can give their palates a treat with this fantastic range of wines.

Tasting Notes : Deep red in colour with purple hues, the nose is of intense blueberry, black pepper and chocolate. Fruitcake and creamy vanillin flavours emerge on a flavoursome, generous and persistent palate.

Method of Production : Grapes were destemmed, cool-macerated on their skins and fermented in stainless steel with a light oak influence. 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation before a cold-stabilisation, earth filtration and a further 18 months maturation.
