A knockout value blend from Snake Creek full of tropical fruit, cream and tongue-tingling lime flavours.

Tasting Notes : The nose is vibrant with peach and melon aromas and subtle undertones of limey Semillon. The palate is a tropical delight with a creamy mouthfeel and a fresh zesty finish.

Method of Production : Snake Creek Chardonnay Semillon is produced from grapes grown in various vineyards in South-East Australia. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and cold-stabilised followed by fermentation in stainless steel with a small amount of oak influence. Partial malolactic fermentation was encouraged before three months' maturation in stainless steel.
