A deliciously refreshing Loire Chenin from a highly respected producer.

Tasting Notes : Fresh aromas of apple blossom and grapes lead the way followed on the palate by crunchy apple flavours and touches of honey.

Producer : Bougrier

Method of Production : Selected parcels of grapes are harvested from 200 hectares of vineyard sites. The grapes are pressed in pneumatic vats, then vinified at cool temperatures in stainless steel. The wine is then kept on its fine lees in tank before bottling.

Chenin Blanc

Not quite what I expected. Quite floral on the nose and the touch of honey on the palate made it a bit too sweet for my liking. However, at this price, it's more than drinkable.

Lovely, fresh flavour. This is my favourite, Very very much worth a try and decent price too!
