This Aussie fizz is just what new world sparkling wine is all about - it's cheap enough to take to a barbeque on the beach but is also an ideal celebration wine to be enjoyed with caviar or oysters.

Tasting Notes : Fresh and delicate aromas of pears, melon and baked apples with light biscuity yeast characters. The palate has a generous mid palate with lingering, creamy soft fruit flavours and a refreshingly crisp finish.

Producer : Deakin Estate

Method of Production : The grapes were picked early and free run juice carefully vinified and given extended yeast lees ageing. The separate variety parcels were blended and a measure of reserve wine was included for depth and complexity. Secondary fermentation occurred in tank. The wine was chilled for clarification and bottled.
