Clover Hill Brut Rosé

Tasting Notes : A deep salmon pink colour. Yeasty nose with fresh citrus and a hint of raspberry and strawberry. Has a delicate mousse, is properly dry with rich fruit. Some yeasty characters and rich red and stone fruits, crisp and fresh with a lively, yet elegant character.

Method of Production : Crafted according to traditional methods from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, Clover Hill is matured in its bottle on yeast lees for 3 years, with addition of a dosage prepared from aselection of aged Clover Hill reserve wine and a minimum 6 months on cork prior to release.
