ABOUT THIS WINE: The Rioja region in northern Spain is world-renowned for its fine wines, especially the wood-aged styles. However, this is a fine example of modern white Rioja, with more emphasis on the fresh fruity flavours and no oak ageing. It was made from 100% Viura grapes, hand-harvested in the Rioja Alta region. The winemaker was Basilio Izquiero.
