ABOUT THIS WINE: The warm Barossa Valley region, near Adelaide in South Australia, is renowned throughout the winemaking world for its flavour-packed, full-bodied red wines, especially those made from the rich Shiraz grape. This superb example of Barossa Valley Shiraz is made from the fruit of mature, low yielding vines and has been aged in American oak barrels by winemaker Neil Doddridge.
SERVING: Serve at room temperature with rich savoury dishes. Red meats are perfect with it, especially beef and game, or try with mature cheeses. Its robust character means it will stand up to medium-hot curries.
KEEPING: This wine has been released ready to drink, and it will evolve and soften beautifully for up to 3 years if stored correctly. Once opened, finish within 3 days and reseal the bottle between servings.
Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
