More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: We are delighted with this fine, fruity example of New World Shiraz. It has been made especially for Marks & Spencer by Craig Rous, who has produced fine wine in the Lodi region of California for over 20 years. A portion of this wine has spent 4 months in American oak barrels to enhance it's richness and concentration.

SERVING: Serve at room temperature. This wine slips down easily on it's own, but is even better matched with roast pork, chicken or red meat dishes. Try it at a barbecue or with spicy vegetarian fare too.

KEEPING: Although it is ready to drink now, this Shiraz will keep for up to two years after the date of purchase. After opening, it will remain in good condition for up to three days if the bottle is resealed and stored in a cool place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
