  • ABOUT THIS WINE: This wonderful grower's Champagne comes from the village of Les Riceys in the heart of the Aube. It is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.

    SERVING: This champagne makes a wonderful aperitif and would be a great choice for a wedding or christening toast. It is also the perfect complement to seafood like scallops. Serve chilled around 7°C.

    KEEPING: This champagne is ready to drink now and is best enjoyed within 1 year of purchase.
