  ABOUT THIS WINE: Made from an ingenious blend of top quality Chardonnay grapes from cooler climate Stellenbosh mountain vineyards and from the warmer central Stellenbosch, this is a great example of the subtleties of today's South African Chardonnay. Ageing in French Oak barrels adds layers of complexity and richness to this wine.
  
  SERVING: Serve this chilled with roast chicken and turkey, smoked or baked salmon, turbot, prawns and seabass.
  
  KEEPING: While drinking now, you can lay this down in your cellar or wine rack for at least a year. Once opened, if resealed and kept in the fridge, you can keep this wine for up to two days without the quality deteriorating.
