More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: The Rueda region in north-central Spain has a growing reputation for producing top quality white wines from the indigenous Verdejo grape variety. The winemaker Angel Calleja has captured the fruity gooseberry flavours of Verdejo and made a perfectly balanced wine with a fresh crisp finish. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap. Our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine.

SERVING: This Verdejo's bold, fruity flavours and crisp acidity make it an ideal match for fish dishes such as seafood paella or deep-fried calamari or simply served on its own as an aperitif. Serve chilled around 8°C.

KEEPING: Enjoy this wine fresh and young, within a year of purchase. Drink within 2 days of opening and keep re-sealed in the fridge.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
