ABOUT THIS WINE: Over the last 20 years, the Carmenere grape variety has become synonymous with high quality red wines from Chile. Originally, transported from Bordeaux in the mid - 19th century where it is considered "temperamental", Carmenere now thrives in Limari, one of Chile's most exciting new wine regions. Winemaker Felipe Muller has matured this wine in French oak barrels for twelve months to add breadth and complexity. This wine may form harmless sediment that will not impair its quality.
SERVING: Serve at room temperature. This wine is smooth enough to drink on its own, can be matched with duck, other poultry or game birds.
