More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Randall Graham has made this Syrah in a reticent style that owes its allegiance to the Rhóne Valley. It's sourced from 9 different vineyard sites along California's Central Coast which are tended with respect for the environment. This proximity to the sea ensures that the fruit does not ripen too quickly thus retaining excellent freshness. This Syrah has a touch of Grenache and Mourvédre to give extra complexity and roundness.

SERVING: This wine is best served at room temperature. Will go well with a range of dishes, particularly red and white meats served with light sauces, such as roast chicken and tarragon gravy. Because the wine has not been filtered or stabilised in order to retain maximum character, it may throw light, harmless sediment.

KEEPING: This wine is approachable now, but properly cellared, its firm texture will enable it to mature for a year. Once opened, drink within 2 days and keep re-sealed in a cool, dark place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
