  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Produced in South of France this sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay. We have been working with these sparkling wine producers for 10 years and are delighted with the quality of their produce.

    SERVING: An excellent aperitif or party fizz, this can both be enjoyed on its own or used as the basis for Bucks Fizz (mix half and half with fresh orange juice), or Black Velvet (mix half and half with stout).

    KEEPING: This is ideal for drinking now, and once opened the bottle should be consumed within the day. Drink within six months of purchase.
