ABOUT THIS WINE: This is a fine example of Portugal's distinctive white wines, well balanced with plenty of fresh acidity to match the ripe fruit character. Winemaker Rui Madeira has used grapes from selected vineyards sites and blended across regions to create this superb table wine. The wine was aged in American and French oak barrels for five months to add a subtle touch of extra richness.
SERVING: Serve lightly chilled as the ideal partner for rich or creamy fish dishes, roasted vegetables, or mildly spicy chicken curries.
