More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Grenouille is one of seven Grand Cru vineyards to the north of the village of Chablis. The wines are full and complex and invariably need three to five years in bottle before they can begin to express themselves. The 2002 vintage produced wonderful wines of richness and intensity.

SERVING: To enjoy this wine at its best, remove from the fridge for half an hour before serving. It complements shellfish, particularly oysters and lobster, and fleshy fish such as turbot, sea bass or monkfish.

KEEPING: The wine is ready to drink now and will keep for a further 5 years after the date of purchase. Once opened, it will remain in good condition for up to two days if the bottle is resealed and stored in a cool place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
