More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: This wine was made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Louis Fabre family estate vineyards near Beziers, Languedoc-Roussillon deep in Southern France. Wine has been made here for over two thousand years. The warm, sunny days and cool nights in the region result in a Sauvignon with distinctive ripe fruit and a nicely balanced, crisp, fresh finish. This wine is unoaked.

SERVING: Serve lightly chilled. This wine makes a refreshing aperitif, or try matching it with exotic Thai or Chinese chicken and prawn dishes. It's also a great choice with smoked salmon.

KEEPING: Enjoy this wine while it is young and lively - drink within three months of purchase. Once started, finish in two days, keeping the resealed bottle in the fridge between servings.

Licensing Act 2003: It is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
