More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: We are delighted to present this excellent example of premium red Bordeaux made from mainly Merlot grapes blended with a little Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit was hand picked from 150 acres of vineyard at Château de Launay in the commune of Soussac in the Gironde region and was aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months before bottling. The winemaker was Amaud de Raignac with the help of consultant winemaker Stefano Chioccioli.

SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature. You can decant it if you wish to give a softer character to the wine. It would make a superb partner for grilled steak, roast lamb or mature cheeses.

KEEPING: This fine wine has been released ready to drink now but it will also keep well for a further 2-3 years if stored correctly. Once opened, finish in three days, keeping the resealed bottle somewhere cool and dark.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
