More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: The fruit for this wine is 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from the Russian River Valley region of Sonoma County, California. The area is renowned for its elegant, well-balanced wines, as it has plenty of warm sunshine, but the Pacific Ocean breezes exert a cooling influence on the vineyards. The results are some of the West Coast's top reds. This wine was aged in oak barrels for one year before bottling by winemakers Dennis Martin and Charlie Gilmore.

SERVING: Serve at room temperature or very lightly chilled. Pair it with game or mushroom dishes, fresh salmon steaks or mild creamy cheeses.

KEEPING: A premium Pinot Noir such as this will keep well for two years after purchase if stored correctly. Once opened, finish within two days.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
