  ABOUT THIS WINE: This stylish white is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Chile's Maipo Valley. Skilful aging in small French oak barrels adds depth to the wine and a delicious vanilla-like flavour. This wine was made by award winning wine maker Alvaro Espinoza, who has been working with Marks & Spencer for nearly 10 years.
  
  SERVING: Definitely a food wine, this would complement any rich, creamy fish dishes, smoked haddock, smoked fish pate and is even flavoursome enough to cope with creamy chicken korma. Drink well chilled.
  
  KEEPING: Whilst this tastes delicious now, it could easily be laid down for a year or two. Once opened, if you reseal the bottle, you can enjoy it up to two days later.
