More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: The result of a canning blend of new world know how and old world tradition. The fruit is from premium hillside plots near Narbonne in Southern France. Winemaker Cedric Jenin has fermented the wine in a mix of French and American oak barrels to produce complex layers of flavour and aroma.

SERVING: A truly food-friendly white! The rich fruitiness and balancing crispness make this a great match for poultry, or try it with fresh or smoked salmon.

KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now but will keep a further year from date of purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if resealed and stored in a cool place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
