• ABOUT THIS WINE: Gewurztraminer and Riesling are two of the most refreshing, aromatic and fruity grape varieties of all. Here winemaker Corrina Rayment has blended two-thirds Gewurztraminer with one-third Riesling grown in premium Australian vineyards, to create a fresh, youthful, highly modern white wine.
  
  SERVING: Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light and mildly spicy oriental dishes such as Thai stir-fries or Chinese lemon chicken. It also matches tangy fresh fruit desserts.
  
  KEEPING: Drink this wine while it is young and lively. Open within 6 months of purchase and finish in 2 days, keeping the resealed bottle in the fridge between servings.
