More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Shiraz is a highly popular and fashionable grape variety, grown in many fine wine regions of the world. South Africa has recently established a great reputation for this variety, and this example, with its rich fruit and spicy character, shows how good Shiraz can be. It was made with 100% Shiraz grapes grown in relatively cool climate vineyards in the Stellenbosch region and the winemaker was Philip Costandius.

SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature. It is a perfect partner for lamb chops, roast chicken and all the trimmings, or fine, full-flavoured cheeses.

KEEPING: Open this wine within nine months of purchase. Once opened, finish in three days, resealing the bottle between servings and storing it in a cool, dark place.

Licensing Act 2003: It is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
