  • ABOUT THIS WINE: The warm Languedoc region of southern France is well-known for its modern, ripe red wines, and this unoaked example has all the rich fruit and hints of spice expected of the popular Shiraz, made by Oliver Mandeville, one of the Languedoc's most exciting winemakers, known for his pioneering work with modern styles of wine. We are delighted to have worked closely with Oliver for over 15 years on wines made at his ancient family domaine.

    SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature. It is versatile match for many rich savoury dishes, but partner it especially with top quality sausages, roast or barbecued lamb, spicy food such as chilli con carne and rich cheesy vegetarian bakes.

    KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now and will keep unopened for up to 6 months after purchase. Once opened, reseal the bottle between servings, and keep in a cool, dark place. Finish within 3 days.

    Licensing Act 2003: It is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol

A truly lovely, rich wine. I discovered this wine when it was 'on special' in M&S but now it's a regular favourite.
