ABOUT THIS WINE: A premium Chilean rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Leyda Valley, close to the pacific ocean. This area has plenty of warm sunshine for ripple flavours, and cool breezes that help retain crisp acidity in the finished wine. The grapes were hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel vats to ensure an extremely fresh aromatic style was retained in the finished wine. The winemaker was Rafael Urrejola.
PRESS RECOMMENDATION: From a cool, coastal region, this is packed with crisp redcurrant fruit and its high acidity would work well with richer seafood dishes. Recommended by Jamie Goode, The Sunday Express, August 2008
SERVING: Serve this wine chilled, either on its own as a refreshing aperitif, or with seafood and mild Asian cuisine, especially Thai fish dishes and Japanese sushi.
KEEPING: Enjoy this wine while it is young and vibrantly fruity. Open within 3 months of purchase and once started, keep it resealed in the fridge and finish in 2 days.
Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
