ABOUT THIS WINE: The grapes for this wine come predominantly from vineyards planted in the Loire Valley, benefiting from the same continental climate as Sancerre, with short sharp winters followed by moderately hot summers. This provides the perfect conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc to ripen. The winemakers were Jean-Christophe Bourgeois and Raphaële Léon-Grillon.
SERVING: This wine should be served chilled. While it makes a great aperitif, this wine is delicious served alongside seafood, or fine oriental cuisine.
KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now.
