  • ABOUT THIS WINE: The blend of Chardonnay and Semillon is an Australian classic, giving white wines which are well-balanced, juicy and easy to enjoy. Although it is not heavily oaked the wine has a clean, dry finish. The grapes came from several premium regions of south eastern Australia and the winemaker was John Schwartzkopff.

    SERVING: Serve lightly chilled. This wine is delicious on its own, or serve with chicken dishes, especially chicken in creamy sauces. mild curries or best of all, fresh salmon steaks.

    KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now, or open and enjoy within 6 months of purchase. Once opened, keep in the fridge, and finish within 3 days.
