More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: This is a premium example of Champagne made in the Champagne region of north-east France with meticulous care. Two traditional and highly prized grapes were used - the wine is 70% Chardonnay, which gives an elegant, slightly creamy character, and 30% Pinot Noir, which adds a more fragrant and fruity note. The winemaker was Alain Coharde, who has been making Champagne for over 30 years.

SERVING: Serve chilled. This wine is the ultimate elegant and refreshing aperitif served with light canapés, or try it with creamy seafood dishes, or even eggs and smoked salmon for the perfect brunch!

KEEPING: Enjoy this fine Champagne while it is relatively young. Open within one year of purchase.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
