  ABOUT THIS WINE: We are delighted with this modern Californian Chardonnay, created for us by Craig Rous, one of the top winemakers in the premium West Coast region of Lodi. It is an exceptional example of the well balanced, fruity style of Chardonnay that is steadily becoming so popular.
  
  SERVING: Serve lightly chilled. This is a versatile white that is delicious on its own, and also makes a great partner for creamy seafood or fish dishes, and many chicken recipes, especially chicken kiev.
  
  KEEPING: This wine is ready to drink now, and it will keep for a further 6 months after purchase.
