More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: This wine is an exceptionally well-balanced and concentrated Californian red, made from grapes grown in the Lodi region of the state, where the days are warm and dry, but cooled by breezes from the Pacific Ocean coming inland through the Sacramento river delta. The wine has been aged in oak, which adds a richer, slightly spicy note. The winemaker was Craig Rous.

SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature. It is smooth and easy to enjoy on its own, or a versatile match for many savoury dishes, especially sausages, rich pasta sauces, and bakes such as lasagne or moussaka.

KEEPING: This wine has been released ready to drink now or to consume within 6 months of purchase. Once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for 2 or 3 days if the bottle is resealed and stored in a cool dark place.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
