More Information

  • ABOUT THIS WINE: Winemaker Corrina Rayment has blended two of Australia's most popular grape varieties to create a wonderfully moreish, fruity dry white. Semillon and Chardonnay grapes were sourced from several premium vineyard sites in south-east Australia. The Chardonnay has a generous, ripe tropical flavour, while the Semillon adds a fresh lift to the wine.

SERVING: Serve this wine lightly chilled as an aperitif, or with chicken dishes, especially creamy chicken curry, or with rich seafood, including fresh salmon.

KEEPING: This wine should be enjoyed while it is young and vibrant. Open within 6 months of purchase and once opened, finish within 2 days, storing the resealed bottle in the fridge.

Licensing Act 2003: it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
