Everything you could ever want in a Sauvignon Blanc: a fresh, clean, gooseberry packed white - that's no fool.

Tasting Notes : A light yellow with flashes of green, this elegant wine has a nose of ripe gooseberry, a palate of green fig and guava, and a long, yet crisp, finish.

Producer : Oracle

Method of Production : Grapes were grown in well-drained vineyards cooled by maritime breezes, promoting slow ripening and intense flavours. The fruit was picked when exhibiting prominent varietal flavours ranging from grass to green figs, then destemmed and pressed. After four hours' skin contact to preserve the natural acidity of the juice, the grapes were fermented cold at 14 to 16°C in stainless steel.
