Tasting Notes : Power, finesse and elegance are the main attributes of this wine. Round and supple with tasty tropical fruits on the palate.

Method of Production : This wine is the product of more than 60 crus, with an average of 95% rating on the Echelle des Crus - high among non-vintage wines. This wine's cuvee was blended from a number of selected vintages, including reserve wines, to maintain its house style and depth of flavour. The age of the base wine and the high proportion of Pinots in the blend make it fuller and richer than most N.V. Champagnes.

Food Choice

Great on its own, or pair with roasted nuts or seafood.

50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier & 25% Chardonnay.
